The software licenses can be broadly divided into Departmental, Faculty/Staff and Student. Depending on your affiliation with the University of Florida, you may obtain the software licenses in different ways. Below is a listing of all the software licenses available to you depending on your affiliation with the University of Florida. This list includes all software administered by Software Licensing Services and other University of Florida-licensed software known to us. Adobe Enterprise Term Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff  
Software Licensing Services administers the Adobe Enterprise Licensing Agreement (Adobe ETLA). This is a lease agreement that provides Adobe licensing for use by the University of Florida, requiring an annual payment to use the software. Adobe@UFApps     Student
Any student purchasing an Adobe creative Cloud subscription thru the Adobe CC Discounted for Students program access a select number of product sin the Adobe CC suite available within UFApps for fee. This is being offered as an enhancement of your Adobe creative Cloud subscription
Adobe CC Discounted for Students     Student
Adobe CC Discounted for Students is special UF student pricing providing a one-year subscription for the entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.  Due to university contract stipulations, this service is only available to the first 1,000 students who sign up. Adobe Licensing Agreement (Retired) Department    
Apple Products Department

Amos Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff Student
Software Licensing Services administers the Amos Licensing for University of Florida. Amos is a powerful, easy-to-use structural equation modeling (SEM) software, to create more realistic models than if you used standard multivariate methods or regression alone.
ArcGIS (ArcInfo/ArcView) - ESRI Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Department Faculty/Staff Student

Assistive Technology Software     Student
'The University of Florida's Disability Resource Center provides students access to the following free assistive software. Each of these programs provide utilities and applications with unique solutions to help individuals pursue their academic education.
Autodesk Design Institute Agreement (AutoCAD) - - -
The Autodesk Design Institute 2014 (ADI) Agreement has come to an end. Autodesk is now offering FREE educational based licensing to academic organizations through their web site:http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/academic-resource-center
Bomgar Service Agreement Department    
Bomgar Service agreement provides services and tools that give IT administrators, support technicians, and privileged users secure access to remote computers and devices over the web. Bomgar works on Windows, Mac, and Linux. And we don’t charge extra for iOS (iPad/iPhone) or Android support.
DeepFreeze Licensing Agreement Department    
Software Licensing Services administers the Deep Freeze Licensing Agreement at University of Florida. Deep Freeze Enterprise is a complete windows protection program. When installed, it "freezes" the computer's software configuration. This allows all changes to be erased and the original software configuration to be restored once computer is restarted. EndNote Basic   Faculty/Staff Student
EndNote Basic is a citation management software designed by ISI. The library provides a subscription for all UF-affiliated students, faculty and staff. EndNote Web can help you keep track of all the resources you are using for your papers, and best of all, the software can automatically format your bibliography or publications list. There is an online version of the software offered on the library web site.
ERDAS Campus agreement Department
The ERDAS CAmpus agreement provides a Geospatial Educational Desktop Core Licensing (also referred to as an educational lab kit) for use by UF departments. Please visit the ERDAS CAmpus agreement page for more information.
UF Endpoint Management Department    
UFEM is the umbrella for several best of breed tool suites that are meant to aid the University of Florida community in managing our disparate endpoint systems. As new capabilities are identified and deployed, they will be added to the UFEM suite of tools
ENVI® + IDL agreement Department

Foxit PhantomPDF Licensing Agreement Department Home-Use

Ghost Symantec Volume Licensing Agreement Department

HostExplorer Opentext Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff  
Software Licensing Services administers the Opentext HostExplorer licenses for the University of Florida. Opentext HostExplorer is a comprehensive PC-to-Host connectivity software suite. Please visit the HostExplorer Licensing Agreement page for more information.
InCommon SSL Certificates Program Department    
This InCommon SSL certification program, which began in Spring, 2011, means that any University of Florida domain may obtain SSL certificates at no cost to the host department. A license agreement funded by UFIT provides an unlimited number of certificates through a contract with the InCommon Federation. LabVIEW Departmental Licensing Department Faculty/Staff Student Listings
The College of Engineering manages a license agreement between National Instruments and the University of Florida, which allows contributing departments to use the LabVIEW software for academic use. LabVIEW delivers a powerful graphical development environment for signal acquisition, measurement analysis, and data presentation, giving you the flexibility of a programming language without the complexity of traditional development tools.

Maple Licensing Agreement Department    
Software Licensing Services manages a concurrent licensing agreement for Maple. Only offices, departments and colleges of the University of Florida can participate in the Maple licensing agreement. Maple introduces substantial increases in the depth and breadth of solution algorithms in key areas such as differential equations and numerical computation. Mathcad Licensing Agreement Department    
Software Licensing Services manages the Mathcad Licensing Agreement for the University of Florida. Mathcad is an integrated environment for performing and communicating math-related work. Mathematica Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff  
The Mathematica Licensing Agreement is a concurrent licensing agreement with Wolfram Research Inc. for use of the Mathematica software product by UF department's participating in the agreement. MATLAB Licensing Agreement Department   Student
Software Licensing Services manages a MATLAB concurrent license program for the University of Florida. The MATLAB concurrent licensing agreement allows the use of MATLAB and its companion toolboxes on university computer systems using the Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems.

Microsoft Campus Agreement Department Faculty/Staff  
Microsoft Campus Agreement addresses the distribution of Microsoft Office, Upgrade to Windows Desktop Operating System and Microsoft Enterprise CALs to the University of Florida. Please visit the UF Purchasing's - Microsoft page for more information.
Microsoft Student Advantage Program     Student
The Microsoft Student Advantage Program allows students to use an extended collection of Microsoft tools and install them in up to five devices, including mobile devices and platforms. The Microsoft Student Advantage Program is part of GatorCloud service and is available at: http://www.it.ufl.edu/gatorcloud/
Microsoft Security Essentials (Mal-ware protection for Windows)   Faculty/Staff Student
Microsoft Security Essentials is a mal-ware protection solution for Windows PCs. Microsoft Security Essentials is the virus protection suggested by the University of Florida for faculty, staff, and student home-use purposes. Microsoft Select Plus Agreement Department
Microsoft Select Agreement addresses the purchase of all Microsoft products for use at the University of Florida. Please visit the UF Purchasing's - Microsoft page for more information.
Microsoft Developers Network Academic Alliance (MSDNAA) Department Faculty/Staff Student
A licensing program donated to the College of Engineering by Microsoft which allows all College of Engineering units, students, faculty, and staff to use various Microsoft software products and online resources for academic and non-profit research purposes. Minitab Licensing Agreement Department    
Administration of the Minitab licenses and its distribution is managed by Software Licensing Services. This is a university software license, and only offices, departments and colleges of the University of Florida can place orders. Oracle Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff  
The University of Florida has entered into an Oracle Campus Wide program. Under this site license agreement, any UF group can use Oracle's Enterprise database software, Real Application Clustering Software and Tuning/Management Utilities. Qualtrics Online Survey Software Department Faculty/Staff Student
Qualtrics, the online survey software, is a premium service for creating and delivering online surveys. Qualtrics is available for faculty, staff, and both undergraduate and graduate student use. UF-affiliated organizations (DSO’s) are not covered under the campus-wide license.

Log into Qualtrics by visiting the e-Learning website and selecting Qualtrics under the Research Tools category. Then, create your account and get surveying! “Qualtrics University” also has some excellent online training videos to help you get started.
Red Hat Satellite Services Department Faculty/Staff Student
There is an enterprise agreement in place between Red Hat and the University of Florida. All UF Departments and Colleges can use unlimited Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat Desktop/Workstation variants.
SAS Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff Student
Software Licensing Services manages the SAS Licensing Agreement for University of Florida. The SAS System is an integrated suite of software for enterprise-wide information delivery.
SAS JMP Department Faculty/Staff Student

SAS JMP is statistical discovery software that provides is a "powerful statistical analysis program linked with interactive and dynamic graphics, in memory and on the desktop. Its interactive and visual paradigm enables JMP to reveal insights that are impossible to gain from raw tables of numbers or static graphs. The SAS JMP is an annual licensing agreement provided by IFAS and UFApps. The software is available to FAculty staff and students of the university of Florida conducting academic teaching and research only.

SAS JMP Genomics Department Faculty/Staff Student

SAS JMP Genomics provides a powerful Genomic data analysis software that allows researchers to visualize, explore and understand vast genomics data sets.The SAS JMP is an annual licensing agreement provided by IFAS and UFApps. The software is available to FAculty staff and students of the university of Florida conducting academic teaching and research only.

Secunia PSI Department Faculty/Staff Student
Secunia PSI (Personal Software Inspector) is a free security scanning tool for private use that removes the inconvenience from home endpoint security. The Secunia PSI’s unique security scanner automatically scans your PC and alerts you whenever your installed programs and plug-ins require updating. SigmaPlot Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff  
Sigmaplot Licensing Agreement is managed by Software Licensing Services. SigmaPlot is a technical graphics program designed for various Windows platforms from SPSS Inc. IBM SPSS Campus Edition Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff Student
The IBM SPSS Campus Edition is a 12-month, campus-wide licensing agreement. The current version of SPSS licensed under this agreement is the IBM® SPSS® Premium Statistics license providing essential analytical tools tics and IBM® SPSS® Regression. This software is available to all departments.
X-Win32 Licensing Agreement Department Faculty/Staff Student
This program is coming to an end on February 28th, 2014. Anyone interested in purchasing their own license for the X-Win32 software should visit the Starnet website.
