Software Licensing Services administers the Adobe Enterprise Licensing Agreement (Adobe ETLA). This is a lease agreement that provides Adobe licensing for use by the University of Florida, requiring an annual payment to use the software. Software Licensing Services administers the Amos Licensing for the University of Florida. Amos is a powerful, easy-to-use structural equation modeling (SEM) software, to create more realistic models than if you used standard multivariate methods or regression alone. Autodesk Design Institute Agreement (AutoCAD)

Bomgar Service AgreementBomgar Service agreement provides services and tools that give IT administrators, support technicians, and privileged users secure access to remote computers and devices over the web. Bomgar works on Windows, Mac, and Linux. And we don’t charge extra for iOS (iPad/iPhone) or Android support.

Software Licensing Services administers the Deep Freeze Licensing Agreement at the University of Florida. Deep Freeze Enterprise is a complete windows protection program. When installed, it "freezes" the computer's software configuration. This allows all changes to be erased and the original software configuration to be restored once computer is restarted. This InCommon SSL certification program, which began in Spring, 2011, means that any University of Florida domain may obtain SSL certificates at no cost to the host department. A license agreement funded by UFIT provides an unlimited number of certificates through a contract with the InCommon Federation. The College of Engineering manages a license agreement between National Instruments and the University of Florida which allows contributing departments to use the LabVIEW software for academic use. LabVIEW delivers a powerful graphical development environment for signal acquisition, measurement analysis, and data presentation, giving you the flexibility of a programming language without the complexity of traditional development tools. Software Licensing Services manages a concurrent licensing agreement for Maple. Only offices, departments and colleges of the University of Florida can participate in the Maple licensing agreement. Maple introduces substantial increases in the depth and breadth of solution algorithms in key areas such as differential equations and numerical computation. Software Licensing Services manages the Mathcad Licensing Agreement for the University of Florida. Mathcad is an integrated environment for performing and communicating math-related work. The Mathematica Licensing Agreement is a concurrent licensing agreement with Wolfram Research Inc. for use of the Mathematica software product by UF department's participating in the agreement. Software Licensing Services manages a MATLAB concurrent license program for the University of Florida. The MATLAB concurrent licensing agreement allows the use of MATLAB and its companion toolboxes on university computer systems using the Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems. Microsoft Imagine Home (Engineering)
he Microsoft Imagine subscription provided by the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering allows all Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering units, students, faculty, and approved staff to use various Microsoft software products and online resources for academic and non-profit research purposes.
Administration of the Minitab licenses and its distribution is managed by Software Licensing Services. This is a university software license, and only offices, departments and colleges of the University of Florida can place orders. The University of Florida has entered into an Oracle Campus Wide program. Under this site license agreement, any UF group can use Oracle's Enterprise database software, Real Application Clustering Software and Tuning/Management Utilities. Qualtrics, the online survey software, is a premium service for creating and delivering online surveys. Qualtrics is available for faculty, staff, and both undergraduate and graduate student use. UF-affiliated organizations (DSO’s) are not covered under the campus-wide license.
Log into Qualtrics by visiting the e-Learning website and selecting Qualtrics under the Research Tools category. Then, create your account and get surveying! “Qualtrics University” also has some excellent online training videos to help you get started.

SAS JMP is statistical discovery software that provides is a "powerful statistical analysis program linked with interactive and dynamic graphics, in memory and on the desktop. Its interactive and visual paradigm enables JMP to reveal insights that are impossible to gain from raw tables of numbers or static graphs. It can work independently and in conjunction with SAS.
SAS JMP Genomics provides a powerful Genomic data analysis software that allows researchers to visualize, explore and understand vast genomics data sets.The SAS JMP is an annual licensing agreement provided by IFAS and UFApps. The software is available to FAculty staff and students of the university of Florida conducting academic teaching and research only.
Sigmaplot Licensing Agreement is managed by Software Licensing Services. SigmaPlot is a technical graphics program designed for various Windows platforms from SPSS Inc. Software Licensing Services manages the TechSmith Software Site License Agreement for the University of Florida. This includes Camtasia Studio for Windows, Camtasia for Mac, and Snagit software. All licenses purchased are perpetual and are included in a maintenance agreement. The maintenance agreement expires on June 28 of each year. The IBM SPSS Campus Edition is a 12-month, campus-wide licensing agreement. The current version of SPSS licensed under this agreement is the IBM® SPSS® Premium Statistics license providing essential analytical tools tics and IBM® SPSS® Regression.
