Employ Amos, powerful, easy-to-use structural equation modeling (SEM) software, to create more realistic models than if you used standard multivariate methods or regression alone.
With Amos, you can quickly specify, view and model your model graphically using simple drawing tools. Then assess your model's fit, make any modifications and print a publication-quality graphic of your final model. The path diagrams you create in Amos give you the ability to confirm the validity of claims such as "value drives loyalty" in minutes, not hours.
Amos builds models that more realistically reflect complex relationships because any variable, whether observed (such as non-experimental data from a survey) or latent (such as satisfaction and loyalty) can be used to predict any other variable. You can gain additional insight into the causal nature and strength of the relationships among variables.
